V.V. Dayanidhi is the Founder and Managing Director of DESPL. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Raipur, Mr. V.V. Dayanidhi left his lucrative job to start his own venture in year 2015.

He has 22 years of work experience in O&M, projects, commissioning of power plants, etc. Under his leadership, DESPL has expanded into a multidisciplinary, growth-oriented service organization supporting India's largest conglomerates.
